Requirements

• HVAC installation and maintenance
• Air-conditioning troubleshooting
• Refrigeration fundamentals
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance
• Fault diagnosis
• Refrigerant handling
• HVAC tools and testing equipment
• Basic understanding of MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience with water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
• Knowledge of various piping materials and fittings
• Ability to identify and repair leaks, blockages, and plumbing faults
• Experience in installing and repairing sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing equipment
• Ability to read and understand basic plumbing/MEP drawings
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and testing equipment
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
