Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive workshop experience, with previous supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of engine repair, gearbox, mechanical work, electrical systems and computer diagnostics.
- Experience managing mechanics, allocating jobs and checking repair quality.
- Ability to prepare job cards, repair estimates and spare-parts requirements.
- Good customer-service, team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multiple car brands, including Japanese, Korean, European and American vehicles, is preferred.
- Driver license: Yes
