Requirements
- Egyptian nationality preferred. Other nationalities are also welcome if Grade A.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Very good skills in managing construction projects from start to handover
- Preferably Grade A engineer (Qatar-approved or equivalent)
- Strong experience in villa and building projects in Qatar
- Ability to plan schedules, control costs, and manage subcontractors and workers
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality control
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
- Valid Qatar ID and driving license preferred
